Maxuni provides plastic mould manufacturing service, plastic parts design supports, and molding parts in limited quantities for Automotive and Aero***ce industries.
Maxuni has an approximately 20,000 square meter plant with leading mould manufacturing systems and lean mould manufacturing. The annual capacity is 1,500 sets of moulds.
Maxuni has Depo 7-axis and 5-axis CNC machines imported from Germany, and we also have three flexible manufacturing lines for large size, medium size and small size mould. Our assembling
capabilities for mould weight are from 2 tons up to 50 tons. Maxuni has more than 12 years experience
making injection moulds which mainly focus on bumpers, side wings, dashboards, door panels, control panels and vehicle lights.
